"sitting in cars all day/night" and bobbing into Asda Eastlands to purchase a couple of pork pies and a few bags of crisps... or do they coincidentally go only when I go shopping?

   Ive seen it so many times that the criminals laugh at the police .The kids can outrun most officers,and they boast of how fat most police are......Ive seen them on the TV puffing after only a few yards and the villians turn around and give the police a two fingered salute ..We need a fit police force and officers who walk more never mind sitting in cars all day/night.
