NOEL Coward’s delightful classic comedy Hay Fever brings its entertaining charm to the Royal Exchange from next week.

There’s a starry cast for this latest production, directed by Greg Hersov, which tells the story of the eccentric Bliss family on a madcap weekend in the country when confusion reigns.

This deliciously funny comedy of bad manners is shot through with Coward’s trademark wit and sophistication, offering the perfect summer cocktail for audiences of all ages.

Belinda Lang makes her RET debut; she is best-known for popular TV sitcom 2.4 Children and has extensive West End theatre credits. Ben Keaton stars alongside her – his previous RET appearances include Animal Crackers and Cyrano de Bergerac with TV credits on Father Ted and Casualty.

The cast also includes Lysette Anthony, who has appeared in films including Woody Allen’s Husbands and Wives, among many others.

Hay Fever runs from Tuesday until August 9.
